Inception Games is an indie developer team based in Hungary since 2022 with only two members. We love making games, creating something new from scratch in our free time. We believe that we can give some new experience to you, especially in VR. Luckily we are still at the beginning of a VR era, so we can experience the evolution of VR tech to have real good immersion with better and better games and apps.
The two members now are Tamás Balogh and Gergő Vámos. We are doing all of this because we love doing it!
Tamás Balogh
Since my childhood I loved to design and create games let it be a board game, an RPG system or a video game concept. Working as a software engineer for years realized me how I can shape them into actual video games. As a gamer myself I would like to ship you new adventures and a play experience you enjoy as much as we did while creating them.
Gergő Vámos
When I was just two years old, I could barely read or write, yet there I was, typing my name and simple commands on our family’s Commodore 64. That early encounter with technology sparked what would become a lifelong passion for computers, creativity, and gaming. From the pixelated adventures of my childhood to the breathtaking realism of today’s virtual reality, my fascination with digital worlds has only deepened over time.
As an avid gamer, I’ve spent countless hours exploring an endless variety of virtual landscapes. But everything changed the moment I put on my first VR headset. The ability to step inside a game to look around, to move freely, to truly feel part of another world was nothing short of transformative. That experience lit a fire in me: a desire not just to play within virtual worlds, but to build them.
Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to mastering the art and science of game development, 3D modeling, and VR technology. The road has been demanding, filled with long nights, creative challenges, and steep learning curves but every obstacle has been part of a deeply rewarding journey. Each project completed, each new skill acquired, brings me closer to turning my vision into reality.
Today, I’m excited to share that vision with you. Combining technical precision with imaginative storytelling, my mission is to create immersive VR experiences that not only entertain, but also inspire a sense of wonder and discovery.
